The Hill commands uninterrupted panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea. Spanning approximately 30,000 square feet, the house is conceived as a dialogue between timeless grandeur and contemporary modernist restraint.
The architecture is embedded into the hillside through a carefully tiered landscape strategy, allowing the building to feel anchored to its setting while maximising long coastal vistas. Strong horizontal lines define the elevations, lending the house a sense of calm and permanence, while a monolithic entrance creates a powerful moment of arrival.
At its heart lies a dramatic double-height living space, around which the plan is designed for modern family life. The interiors celebrate raw materiality—natural stone, fossil-rich marble, timber, concrete, and metal—creating warmth through texture and honesty.
The accommodation includes eight bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and twin studies, complemented by resort-level amenities including a private cinema, gym, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, forming a contemporary sanctuary on the Andalusian coast.
